In March of 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I learned to sew on my mom's vintage Bernina sewing machine in order to make face masks for donation. I immediately fell in love with the craft, and drifted through a few different projects before eventually landing on my first guitar strap.
As a professional touring musician I lost a lot of work due to the pandemic, and so did many of my friends and colleagues. The idea at first was to provide myself a bit of financial shelter during these strange times, and after giving it some thought I decided it could be a great way to hopefully help other people whose livelihoods have been affected by widespread cancelations. That being said, a portion of every sale is donated to the Grammy Recording Academy's MusiCares COVID-19 relief fund. 💙
Stay Well,
